Event location: Village Health Club & Spa: 4200 S Alma School Rd, Chandler, AZ 85248

EVENT SCHEDULE:

  • Monday, February 28th: Last day to transfer your entry to the virtual option or to another particpant.  (NO TRANSFERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY REASON AFTER 2/28). Use this Transfer Link
  • Saturday, March 5th:1:00pm-4:00pm Optional Early Packet Pickup at the Village Health Club & Spa Ocotillo.  You are also welcome to pick up packets for friends or family.  If you would like to pick up packets for 5 or more participants, please take advantage of our FASTPASS option. All your packets will be grouped together and ready to be picked up on Saturday... no waiting!
  • Sunday, March 6th:

  • 6:30am - 7:30am Race Day Packet Pickup 

  • 7:30am Packet pickup officially closes, shirt exchanges/purchases available.  

  • 8:00am RUN/WALK START (for the safety of all participants, anyone pushing a stroller must start in the back)

Please remember if you do not attend the event, or transfer your entry to the virtual option by Monday, February 28th you are considered a "no show" and you will not receive any event related items.  (Sorry, but no exceptions - we cannot mail any packets for any reason after 2/28/22)

Q: What if it rains on race day?
A:  Let's hope we're lucky and it's a typical beautiful Arizona day!  But regardless,  the event will take place. :)

Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A: As noted when you registered, we cannot offer deferments or refunds for any reason.  However, we do allow you to transfer your live ticket to the virtual option. All transfers are available through Monday, February 28th. After that time, all transfer options are completely closed (sorry, no exceptions). If you select to use the virtual option, your race bib, finisher medal, and any event apparel you ordered will be mailed directly to you on Friday, March 4th and you can complete your run anytime through 2022.  Please see TRANSFER OPTIONS for complete details. 
Shirts and any other event related merchandise will NOT be mailed to those that do not attend the event or do not select the transfer option. 

Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: Yes. You will be given the shirt size and style you selected when you registered. If you would like a different size, please ask at the registration table (sizes and quantities are available on a first come/first serve basis) Please check your shirt fit before you leave as we cannot make exchanges once the event is over. 

Q: Are dogs allowed on the course?

A: No – although we love dogs, due to safety concerns, they are not allowed on the course.

Q: Where can I see my results?
A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com. Please check your results before you leave. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR AGE GROUP AWARD AT THE EVENT - WE CANNOT MAIL AWARDS.

Q: Will there be any race photos?
A: Yes, and all photos will be free to download without any watermarks.   HOWEVER, please understand we cannot guarantee photos so if you want to have a specific photo taken, please feel free to ask our photographer directly and he will be glad to get your photo.
