Per local mandates, social distancing and masks/face coverings are required during packet pickup and all pre and post race activities.  Face masks are not required while running.

Wednesday, November 18: Final day to have your race packet shipped directly to you.  Please use the TRANSFER LINK.  NOTE: YOU CAN ALSO PICK UP YOUR PACKET, INCLUDING YOUR MEDAL, ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY TO AVOID SHIPPING FEES.  We cannot take any shipping orders after Wednesday, November 18th.

Saturday, November 21:
3:00pm - 5:00pm Optional Early Packet Pickup available  outside on the lawn at Ocotillo Village Health Club in Chandler.  Please use the gate down the sidewalk to the right of the main entrance. Location: 4200 S Alma School Rd, Chandler 85248.  You are welcome (and encouraged) to pick up packets for friends or family at this time.  If you have a group of 4 or more, take advantage of our FASTPASS OPTION and your group will be prepackaged and ready to go. Please use the FASTPASS LINK if you would like to get your group packet on Saturday.  REMINDER: If you are not comfortable or cannot attend the event, you can pick up your packet or have someone else pick up your packet (including your finisher medal) on Saturday and complete the event on your own.

Sunday, November 22:
7:15am Packet pickup begins at the race start area in Tumbleweed Park
8:00 AM – 10:30 AM Run / Walk starts for 1.5 mile and 5K course options (Reservation Required). Don't forget to MAKE YOUR RESERVATION and complete the waiver, you just need to do this once.
9:15 AM – Awards for overall winners will be presented and Age Group awards will begin. IF YOU WANT TO QUALIFY FOR AN AWARD, YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR 5K PRIOR TO 9:15AM


Course Options For this year you can earn your medal by running/walking either the 1.5 mile loop or two laps for the full 5K. NOTE: Overall and Age Group awards are presented only for the 5K but everyone that crosses the finish line will receive the finisher medal.

Q: Can a friend pick up my packet for me?
A: Absolutely, and you do not need to let us know in advance. If you have a group of 4 or more, please use the following FASTPASS LINK to have your packets conveniently grouped together for pickup on Saturday at the Village Health Club.  Please note, this option is only valid for groups of 4 or more and expires on Wednesday, November 18th. 

Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: All shirts have been ordered based on the selection you chose when you registered. If you need to exchange your size, it an be done on a first come/first serve basis at the event on Sunday.  If you need to exchange your shirt for any reason, please do so at the event as we cannot make changes once the event is over.

Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A: As noted when you registered, we do not offer deferments or refunds. However, we do allow you to transfer your live ticket to the virtual option.  Because of COVID we are also making an exception and allowing everyone to pick up their packet on Saturday to avoid any shipping fees and accomodate any last minute changes in your schedule.   If you would prefer to have your packet mailed directly to you, please use the TRANSFER LINK and your race bib, finisher medal, and any event apparel you ordered will be mailed directly to you.   You can complete your run anytime through the remainder of the year.  

Q: My dog is my running partner, can he/she come?
A: Sorry, but for the safety and comfort of others, no furry friends are allowed at this event.

Q: Are bikes, roller blades, scooters, skateboards or pets allowed on the course?
A: No, with the exception of strollers, we cannot allow any "wheels" on the course.

Q: Are strollers allowed?
A: Yep! For the safety of all our participants, we simply ask that anyone pushing a stroller start at the back. Also, with the exception of strollers, all participants (regardless of age) must be registered if they are using the course.

Q: Can I run with my Garmin GPS or my Nike Plus device?
A: Yes, participants may wear their Garmin GPS watches and/or Nike Plus devices. However, these items do not count as "second timing devices" and will not be recognized by the event as official times or distances.

Q: Where can I look up the race results?
A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com.
