REQUIRED COVID WAIVER

Per local mandates, social distancing and masks/face coverings are required during packet pickup and all pre and post race activities.  Face masks are not required while running.

Thursday, November 12: Final day to have your race packet shipped directly to you.  Please use the  TRANSFER LINK .  NOTE: YOU CAN ALSO PICK UP YOUR PACKET, INCLUDING YOUR MEDAL ON SATURDAY TO AVOID SHIPPING FEES.  We cannot take any shipping orders after Thursday, November 12th.

Saturday, November 14:
4:00pm - 5:30pm Packet Pickup and tent set up available at the start/finish area at Tumbleweed Park. There is plenty of space for your pop up tents, gear, etc., so come prepared for fun night of running and a great time with friends!  If you are not comfortable or cannot attend the event, you can pick up your packet or have someone else pick up your packet (including your finisher medal) on Saturday and complete the event on your own

6:00pm: Course opens for laps (REMINDER: IT WILL BE DARK, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A WORKING HEADLAMP)Midnight: Course closes.  Overall awards will be presented approximately 15 minutes later. Anyone that wishes to leave prior to midnight can simply check out at the timing tent and pick up your finisher medal at that time.

PLEASE MAKE SURE EACH MEMBER OF YOUR TEAM COMPLETES THE ONLINE COVID WAIVER .

Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: All shirts have been ordered based on the selection you chose when you registered. If you need to exchange your size, it an be done on a first come/first serve basis at the event.  If you need to exchange your shirt for any reason, please do so at the event as we cannot make changes once the event is over.

Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?A: As noted when you registered, we do not offer deferments or refunds. However, we do allow you to transfer your live ticket to the virtual option.  Because of COVID we are also making an exception and allowing everyone the option to pick up their packet on Saturday to avoid any shipping fees and accomodate any last minute changes in your schedule.   If you would prefer to have your packet mailed directly to you, please use the TRANSFER LINK and your race bib, finisher medal, and any event apparel you ordered will be mailed directly to you.   You can complete your run anytime through the remainder of the year. 

Q: My dog is my running partner, can he/she come?
A: Sorry, but for the safety and comfort of others, no furry friends are allowed at this event.

Q: Are bikes, roller blades, scooters, skateboards or pets allowed on the course?
A: No, with the exception of strollers, we cannot allow any "wheels" on the course.

Q: Are strollers allowed?
A: No.  Because this event takes place at night and the course is narrow, we cannot allow strollers on the course. 


Remember the Rules:

  • Every team MUST start at 6PM. Failure to start on time as a team, duo or solo will result in disqualification.
  • Only 1 runner per team is permitted on the course at a time.
  • All runners on the course must be wearing their race bib.
  • Non-registered runners are not allowed at any time on the closed course.
  • Only runners ready to exchange are allowed in the exchange area.
  • All runners are required to carry a headlamp or flashlight while running after dark.
  • DO NOT EXCHANGE ANYWHERE on the course other than in the designated exchange area. This will result in loss of lap(s) and possible disqualification.
  • Your team will be automatically placed in the proper division. Remember, the Mixed category requires a minimum of 50% female runners on your team.
