Q: What if it rains on race day?
A: We are hoping cupid gives us perfect weather , but regardless the event will take place rain or shine.

Q: Do you offer virtual options?

A: No, this is a live event only.  Only those that complete the run (or walk), will receive the 2024 finisher medal.

Q: Where should I park?
A:  PLEASE PARK IN THE LOTS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OCOTILLO ROAD (DO NOT PARK IN THE VILLAGE HEALTH CLUB PARKING LOTS). You will find plenty of convenient parking on race day in this area, but please make sure to cross at the traffic lights.

Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: All shirts have been ordered based on the size and selection you chose when you registered. If you need to exchange your size, it can be done on a first come/first serve basis at 7:30am race morning.  If you selected a women's tank, it cannot be exchanged for a tee.  All shirt exchanges must be done at the event as we cannot make changes once the event is over.

Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A: This event does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event. However, we do allow you to transfer your race bib to another participant.  All transfers are available through Wednesday, February 7th. After that time, all transfer options are completely closed (sorry, no exceptions). Shirts and any other event related merchandise will NOT be mailed to those that do not attend. If you would like to transfer your race bib to another participant, please complete the TRANSFER REQUEST LINK.

Q: Can I give/sell my race entry to another person?

A: Entries are transferable, but must be done through our registration site.   Transfers are allowed through WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 7TH. Completing the transfer through our system is MANDATORY.  This is for the safety of the runner as well as necessary to satisfy insurance requirements of the event. If a runner collapses or is otherwise injured during the race and is running as someone else, we would not have emergency information available for them. This could result in further injury.  Instructions on how to transfer to another runner can be found HERE.  If you can no longer attend, we suggest you use the Facebook Event Page to sell your entry.

Q: My dog is my running partner, can he/she come?
A: Sorry, but for the safety and comfort of others, no furry friends are allowed on or along the course.

Q: Do I have to wear my race number?
A: All participants must wear their race bib and have it clearly displayed on their FRONT during the event. The race number is how you are timed and scored. If we can't see your race number, you may not be listed in the results. Anyone on the course must be wearing a race bib. The only exception would be a child (4 years or younger) that remains in a stroller for the duration of the event. Under no circumstances can you wear a race bib not assigned to you, or carry a race bib for someone else.

Q: Can I give my bib to someone else to use?
A: Running with someone else's race bib is strictly prohibited. It poses a big safety concern, and the race results would be inaccurate, possibly affecting someone else's standings. Anyone found using someone else's race bib will be disqualified.

Q: Where can I look up the race results?
A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com. Please check your results before you leave. You can pick up your age group award as soon as your results are posted. We cannot mail age group awards.

Q: I was unable to attend the race, can I still get my medal and shirt?
A: Shirts, medals, and all other race related items are part of your event ticket. If you cannot attend the race, you can pick up your race shirt at Packet Pickup. The only way to earn your finisher medal is to complete the live event with us on February 11th.  We cannot make any exceptions to this policy.
