SUMMER NIGHT TRAIL RUN

Event location: The race is located at Eagle Creek Park, 7602 Eagle Beach Drive, Indianapolis.  Please note Eagle Creek Park does have park entrance fees, we encourage carpooling if possible.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

  • Wednesday, July 9: Last day to transfer your race bib to another participant.    TRANSFER LINK 
  • Saturday, July 12:  Packet pickup 8:00pm - 9:00pm at the race start area.  PLEASE HAVE YOUR QR READY TO PICK UP YOUR RACE BIB.  YOUR QR CODE IS YOUR EVENT TICKET AND IS REQUIRED.  
  • 9:00pm: PACKET PICK UP OFFICIALLY CLOSES
  • Race starts at 9:30pm
  • Race cutoff:  Course closes to new lap starts at 11:15pm (after this time, half marathon runners will not be allowed to start a new lap). Race cutoff is 1:30am

Please remember, this event takes place completely outside.  There will not be any shelter areas available.

This is a LIVE EVENT ONLY, we cannot ship any event related items.  Finisher medals are only given to those that cross the finish line.

Q: Will the race be cancelled if it rains?
A: You think the Itsy Bitsy spider cared  about the rain?  No, it climbed up the spout again.  If it rains, be like Itsy Bitsy.  You got this.  


Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A: This event does not offer refunds or deferrals. If you are registered for the event, you agreed to the no refund and no deferral policy prior to submitting your online registration. This includes those who experience illness, injury or any other condition that may prevent them from participating in the event. However, we do allow you to transfer your race bib to another participant.  All transfers are available through Wednesday, July 9th. After that time, all transfer options are completely closed (sorry, to be fair there are no exceptions). Shirts and any other event related merchandise will NOT be mailed to those that do not attend. If you would like to transfer your race bib to another participant, please complete the TRANSFER REQUEST LINK .


 Q: Can I switch race distances?
A: If you need to change your race distance, please use the Distance Change Request LINK.  Please note there is an upgrade fee if you want to change from the quarter marathon to the half marathon.

Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: Yes. If you selected a shirt during registration, you will be given the shirt size you selected at that time. If you would like a different size,  please come to the packet pickup table at 9:05pm (sizes and quantities are available on a first come/first serve basis) Please check your shirt fit before you leave as we cannot make exchanges once the event is over.

Q: Is there a cut off time?
A: Course closes to new lap starts at 11:15pm (after this time, half marathon runners will not be allowed to start a new lap). Race cutoff is 1:30am


Q: Are dogs allowed on the course? 

A: No – although we love dogs, due to safety concerns, they are not allowed on the course.

Q: Where can I see my results?
A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com. Please check your results before you leave. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR AGE GROUP AWARD AT THE EVENT - WE CANNOT MAIL AWARDS.
