Q: What if it rains on race day?
A: We’re crossing our fingers for another sunny Arizona morning ☀️, but rain or shine, the event will go on! Q: I am registered but can't attend anymore -- what are my options? A: We’re sorry you can’t make it! Please note that the Honor the Brave 5K does not offer refunds or deferrals. By registering, you agreed to this policy — and that includes situations such as illness, injury, travel conflicts, or any other personal reasons.

A: Sorry... this one’s all about the in-person experience! The Honor the Brave 5K is a live event only, and finisher medals are reserved for those who cross the finish line on race day. Lace up, show up, and let’s run together for a cause that matters. Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: Absolutely! We’ll hand out the shirt size and style you selected during registration, but if it’s not the perfect fit, we’ve got you covered. Shirt exchanges open at 7:30 AM on race day at the registration table.
Sizes and styles are first come, first served, so swing by early for the best pick. ✅ Check your fit before leaving — we won’t be able to exchange shirts after the event wraps!
Q: Do I have to wear my race number?
A: Yes — everyone must wear their race bib, clearly displayed on the FRONT of your shirt or outermost layer during the event. Your race number is how we time and score you. If we can’t see it, you may not show up in the results — and we don’t want that! The only exception: children 4 years or younger who stay in a stroller for the entire race don’t need a bib.🚫 Please don’t wear someone else’s bib or carry one that isn’t assigned to you — no bib sharing or swapping allowed, for safety and fairness.
Q: Are dogs allowed on the course?
A: We love our furry friends 🐶, but for safety, dogs are not allowed on the race course or in the after party area— even the really cute ones. Thanks for helping us keep everyone safe!
Q: Can I walk instead of run? A:Absolutely! Whether you run, jog, or walk, we’re thrilled to have you join in. We just ask that walkers start toward the back of the pack so faster runners have plenty of room to move safely.
Q: Can we bring strollers or baby joggers? A: Sure! But we do ask that you start in the back so as not to impede the other runners.
Q: Where can I see my results?
A:Right after you cross the finish line, check out the scrolling monitors nearby to see how you did! You can also text your bib number to the number on the back of your bib and get your official time sent straight to your phone. Plus, a few minutes after you finish, preliminary results will be live online at 131Results.com so you can brag to your friends ASAP! Please make sure to check your results before you leave the event. Q: Will there be any race photos?
A:Absolutely! We’ll have our photographer capturing all the fun moments — and the best part? All race photos will be free to download with no watermarks! That said, we can’t guarantee every moment will be caught on camera. If you want a specific shot, just give our photographer a friendly shout — they’ll be happy to snap your picture!
