Q: What if it rains on race day? A: Rain or shine, we’re ready to roll! We’ll do everything in our power to give you a beautiful day, but yes — the race will go on even if it rains. A little water never stopped SHE Power!
Q: Where should I park?
A: One of the many reasons we love Chandler, AZ? FREE PARKING! Easy, accessible, and stress-free — just the way race day should be. Please use the provided map link to find convenient parking options for both race day and packet pickup. PARKING MAP LINK Q: Can a friend pick up my packet for me?
A: Absolutely! To ensure permission, your friend will just need to bring your QR code at packet pickup.
Q: Can I change my race distance?
A: The 2026 SHE Power event is completely sold out, and both the 5K and 10K courses have reached capacity. Because of course limits and distance-specific medals, we’re unable to make any race distance changes at this time.
If you’re feeling unsure about completing the distance you registered for, we encourage you to consider transferring your entry to another participant. There are many women eager to participant. Please also remember that you’ll have a full 2 hours to complete the 10K, and walking is welcome. This race is about showing up, moving forward, and celebrating your strength.
Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A:Life happens, and we understand. As agreed to during registration, this event does not offer refunds or deferrals, including for illness, injury, or other circumstances. However, you may transfer your race bib to another participant through Wednesday, January 21st. After that date, all transfers are closed with no exceptions. Shirts and event merchandise will not be mailed to participants who do not attend. To complete a transfer, please visit the TRANSFER INFO PAGE
If you’d like to sell your entry, we recommend posting in the Discussion section of the Facebook Event Page so another SHE Power athlete can step in and shine
Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: You will receive the shirt size and style you selected at registration. If you need to make a change, please contact us prior to January 6th and we’ll be happy to update it. Shirt exchanges may also be available at packet pickup on a first come, first served basis. Please check your shirt fit before leaving, as we cannot make exchanges once the event is over. Q: Are strollers allowed on the course?
A: Strollers are not allowed on the 10K course but are permitted on the 5K course only. For safety and courtesy, stroller participants must start at the back of the 5K. Strollers may not be wider than 31 inches, and stroller wagons, wagons, and scooters are not allowed.
Q: Do I have to wear my race number? A: Yes — all participants must wear their assigned race bib and have it clearly displayed on the front of their body during the event. Your bib is how you are timed and scored, and participants without a visible bib may not appear in the results. Anyone on the course must be wearing a race bib at all times. The only exception is a child four years or younger who remains in a stroller for the duration of the event. Under no circumstances may you wear a bib not assigned to you or carry a bib for another participant.
Q: Where can I see my results? A: You can view your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line immediately after you complete the race. You may also text your bib number to the phone number listed on the back of your bib to receive your time. Preliminary results will be available online at 131Results.com shortly after you finish. Please be sure to check your results before leaving and remember to pick up your age group award at the event, as awards cannot be mailed.
Q: Will there be any race photos? A: Yes, and all photos will be free to download without any watermarks. HOWEVER, please understand we cannot guarantee photos so if you want to have a specific photo taken, please feel free to ask our photographer directly and he will be glad to get your photo. |
