Q: What if it rains on race day?
A: We’re crossing our fingers for sunshine and good vibes! But love runs rain or shine—so even if Cupid sends a few showers, the Run 4 Love 5K will still take place.
Q: Where should I park?
A: Parking is available at Tumbleweed Park - no parking fees. Gotta love that!
Q: I am entered in the event but can no longer attend, what are my options?
A: While we can’t offer refunds or deferments (heartbreak, we know 💔), you can share the love! You may transfer your race bib to another participant anytime through Wednesday, February 4th using the TRANSFER LINK.
Please note: this is a live, in-person event only. Shirts and event merchandise will not be mailed to non-attendees.
Q: Where can I find my QR code? A: Your QR code is your golden ticket to love and is sent automatically in your ticket confirmation email. Important notes:
QR codes are sent to the email address listed on each ticket, not necessarily the purchaser’s email. We’ll re-send all QR codes by email and text (if you provided a mobile number) on Thursday before race day. Please bring your QR code (printed or on your phone) to pick up your bib. Every participant has their own unique QR code
Q: Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?
A: Absolutely—because you need to love your race shirt!
You’ll receive the size you selected at registration, but if you’d like to exchange, visit the registration table at 7:30am on race day. Sizes are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please try it on before leaving—once the race is over, exchanges can’t be made.
Q: Are dogs allowed on the course? A: No – although we love dogs, due to safety concerns, they are not allowed on the course.
Q: Are strollers allowed on the course?
A: Yes—because running with your little Valentine is pretty awesome!
Strollers are allowed, but for everyone’s safety and smooth race-day flow, all stroller participants must line up at the back of the starting area. Thank you for spreading the love and helping keep the course safe for all runners!
Q: Do I have to wear my race number?
A: Yes. Please wear your bib loud and proud on the FRONT of your shirt!
Your bib is how you’re timed, scored, and officially counted as spreading the love. If we can’t see it, your results may not be recorded. Everyone on the course must wear a bib at all times, and bibs must only be worn by the registered participant—no sharing allowed.
Q: Where can I see my results?
A: When you finish your race, you can find your results on the scrolling monitors near the finish line. You can also text your bib number to the number found on the back of your bib to receive your time. A few minutes after you finish, preliminary results can also be found online at 131Results.com. Please check your results before you leave. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR AGE GROUP AWARD AT THE EVENT - WE CANNOT MAIL AWARDS.
Q: Will there be any race photos?
A: Yes, and all photos will be free to download without any watermarks. HOWEVER, please understand we cannot guarantee photos so if you want to have a specific photo taken, please feel free to ask our photographer if you’d like a special shot—he’ll be happy to help capture the love! |
